TO BOOK AN EVENT:
⦁ Ask for a quote- Provide date, time, number of people, theme, contact information (i.e. email and telephone).
⦁ A client questionnaire will be emailed to the client to be completed.
⦁ Initial Estimate- Three to five business days after the inquiry, an initial quote will be provided.
⦁ Consultation Visit- A visit will be scheduled to the event location. Review of client questionnaire, measurements of the space, discussion of special décor (i.e. linen, napkins, chair covers, centerpieces, etc.), caterer and any extra add on will be discussed. Deposit needed.
⦁ Final Estimate- Once all details are set, a final detailed quote will be provided and contract.
⦁ Event is booked.
