What is included in the teepee rental? How long is the rental?

Delivery, setup and pickup of tent, twin air mattress, fitted sheet, blanket, decorative pillow(s), fairy lights, breakfast tray and lantern with LED flameless light.  Teepees are delivered between 3 and 5 p.m.  Setup usually takes appropriately 2 to 3 hour, depending on decor.  Pack up and pickup occurs between 9 and 11 a.m. the following day.

What payment is required?

A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve date and time.  This will be deducted from the total.   The remaining balance is due in full 5 days prior to your event date.  If full balance is not received 5 days prior to your event date, the event will be cancelled, and the deposit will be lost.  

What age is appropriate for the teepee parties?

The teepee is appropriate for children age 4 years and up. 

How much space will I needed per teepee?

The teepee with a twin-size mattress is approximately 4 ft. x 6 ft or 4 ft x 8 ft. with the tray set up in front of the mattress.   The teepees can be arranged in many configurations to make them fit together in any space.  If you are unsure, consultation can be provided to assist with spacing. 

How often are supplies cleaned?

All mattresses and pillows are sanitized the day of pickup.  All bedding and fabric are washed with sensitive and fragrance-free washing liquid the day of pickup.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to event date.  Although deposits are non-refundable, it can be applied towards a future reservation within 30 days of the original booking if cancelled (if that date is available).    Rescheduling can occur one time.
